Email followers aren't showing up

    For some reason, my email followers tab isn’t showing 4 like it should. I’ve gotten two new email subscribers these past week, and they each showed up in the tab at some point. But now they’re not.
    Another follower has been subscribed by email since January, but now she’s not showing up.

    I tried inviting her, but it says she already follows me. I put in the other two and it didn’t say they were following me, which is weird, because I got an email saying they were.

    I should technically have 7 followers, but it says I only have 4.

    Help.

    I’m not sure what is going on from your description but there is a pretty detailed support document on the My Followers here:

    Can I suggest you have a read of that first just to make sure that you understand how it works then get back to me if you are still having problems.

    Hi there,

    The random @outlook.com email addresses that have been following you are spam. We are working on blocking those, and at the same time removing the ones that make it past our filters as we detect them, which is why they’re not showing up in your followers list.
