Email followers disappeared

Our web hosting company had a major incident/crash late last year and our accounts were moved to ‘lifeboat’ accounts on new servers while the older ones were restored/rebuilt. We took the opportunity to rebuild a fresh face on the website/blog that had been running and building a following base for almost 10 years. We have 2 blogs on the account and only one retained all followers. The other is down to 0. We have just completed the move back to the original rebuilt servers. The URL of both blogs remained the same throughout but we did have to modify DNS settings for redirection between hosting servers.

The blog/website in question is bobbipikeart.com.

Our other site (eastcoastketo.com) still has all followers intact.

Any suggestions or tips would be most helpful.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

It appears that you’re using a self-hosted installation of the open source WordPress software at another hosting company (OVH Cloud). Please keep in mind, these forums here at WordPress.COM are for WordPress websites hosted and managed at WordPress.COM

In other words, when you visit the Dashboard at WordPress.COM, the site in question is not listed; hence, the support does not belong here:
    https://dashboard.wordpress.com

To get help with your issues, you need to post your question at the WordPress.ORG support forum or to your hosting provider.
    https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

You can learn more about the differences between .COM vs .ORG here:

  • @bobbipike2014, are you looking to move your followers from eastcoastketo.com to bobbipikeart.com? If so, it’s possible if both sites were using Jetpack. Let me know if you’d like me to move the followers for you, or reach out via https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack/.
