Email Followers Missing

  Until last month, I had 6,700 email followers. Now, I only view 2 followers. I went to Jetpack but this did not resolve the problem. Where are my email followers and how can this be fixed?

  Hi, could you confirm which site you’re having trouble with?

  Also, are you sure that was email followers vs total followers, which would include Twitter and Facebook connections?

  Greetings,

  I am talking about email followers not total followers (i.e., Follow Blog via Email). Also, the site I am referring to is entitled ORCA. In addition, I have another premium account that I have maintained since 2014 entitled “Perspectives in Anthropology.” Thank you.

  Can you please provide the full URL of the site in question? We have no way to find any site in our system based on a title alone, as site titles are not unique. We need the URL people use to visit your site, starting with https://…
