Email followers not getting emails?

Viewers of one of my Private Blogs are not getting emails when I write a post. Why?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Followers manage their own subscriptions and specify the frequency of receipt of posts from sites they follow.
See what Staff said here please:
Ask them to click the “manage subscriptions” link at the bottom of one of the old emails. Other checks your followers can make include:
looking in their email client spam filters;
and, if they use gmail or google apps they can consult these guides:

Thank you so much – I will try this – seems strange that all 4 of them are not recieving emails though.
