Email form entries are cached.
-
I have a mail form (MW WP Form) on WordPress.com.
I want to prevent mail form entries from being cached. The content entered in the mail form will be displayed in the mail form on another browser.
1. I fill out the mail form. I go to the confirmation screen and back to the input screen.
2. View the same mail form in another PC’s browser.
The input of 1. is displayed.
The same problem has been reported to occur on the confirmation screen.jetpack and page-optimize are disabled.
Is there a solution?
I need to know the cause. -
Hi @rjyumaki, I’m not sure I understand completely, but more context like a link to the page you’re working on and the plugin you’re using could help. Do you want to share that in the forums?
I noticed your site comes with chat-based support, so you’re welcome to reach out here if you’d like:

Hi! Thank you for your reply.
Sorry, I can not share that.
On the server side, the rendered page containing the input information is cached.
Do you think a problem like this could happen?
I want that the mail form pages not be cached. -
Hi there,
I see you’ve also submitted an email support ticket, and someone is already helping you there. So I’m going to close this forum thread as a duplicate.
We’ll continue helping you via email.
