  Hi there, the email on the backend is (email visible only to moderators and staff) for the contact form. But it’s not working. Please advise.

  This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  It means, we can’t help with this site.

  You would need to contact the email hosting provider to make sure there’s no issues with emails landing into the inbox from the site.
