  Do you have an email forum plug-in or app or something so I may set up an email forum on my site? This is the thing I want to get settled first – it seems the biggest problem.
  Secondly, could I use an email forum arrangement from an email forum provider? There are several.

  I’m not exactly sure what an “email forums” is exactly. Do you mean you wish to add a community forum of some kind to your site? If so there are plugins available for this as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/plugins/?s=forums
