Email forward!

    Hey there!

    I’m trying to work on my website and create an email forward using (email visible only to moderators and staff) and received this message! ‘Failed to add email forwarding record with message ‘Can’t get zone because it does not exist: brittanyharthanphotography.com.’. Please try again or contact support.’ I’m actively trying to figure out what that means but I could use help, if possible!

    Hey there, typically your host will be in charge of any email forwarding. We offer it for the sites hosted here:
    https://wordpress.com/support/add-email/email-forwarding/

    If you’ve somehow managed to find that same screen for your site, please let us know, and include a direct link to that page you’re using to manage forwarders .

    If you’re adding the forwarder through a tool your host offers, you’ll want to reach out to them directly.
