  How do I set up one email address e.g. (email visible only to moderators and staff) to forward to several different email addresses e.g. myself and my partner?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Could you try adding two email forwards?

  For both forwards, Email sent to field will contain your redacted (in your above post) email address. Will be forwarded to fields will contain your and your partner’s email addresses respectively.

  Just give it a try and see if it helps.

  Thanks, but only one forwarded address can be entered and it will not accept two separate forwarded addresses from a single ‘domain address’

  Unfortunately your requirement is not within what is possible with email forwarding.

  Email forwarding supports up to five forwarding rules. You can create custom email addresses for up to five people, or create up to five custom email addresses to redirect to the same email.

  But you want the other way around :(

  By the way, the email forwarding set-up operation is faulty. When a person receives a notification to verify forwarding to them things start to go wrong. Typically if they click to accept they get a message saying they do not have ‘access privileges’ and of course they do not know what to do! I have had this problem with everyone who has been asked to accept forwarding. The whole thing is clunky enough without having this sort of problem, which needs to be fixed please.
