Email forwarding

  Hi,
  I’ve tried to have emails going to (email visible only to moderators and staff) forwarded to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) account but it doesn’t seem to be working. The emails are just not coming through. I’ve checked my spam folders etc.
  Can someone kindly assist?
