Email Forwarding

  I purchased my site on WP and I am trying to get email forwarding so that we can have groovy emails @mysite.com. But I do not have the ‘domains’ link under My Site. How do I get this? I thought what I bought was the domain….

  Hi there,

  Are you speaking of https://hwy77rvpark.com/?

  You did not buy that domain from us, and also are not hosting that site with us. You just have that site connected here via the Jetpack plugin.

  Our email forwarding feature is only available for domains that are hosted with us, not for sites hosted elsewhere connected via Jetpack.

  Please contact your hosting provider directly to ask what email options they have available for your domain with them.
