    Your site isn’t hosted on our servers, so our email forwarding feature is not available to you – we can only provide email forwarding on domains that are hosted with us, and where we control the domain’s DNS.

    If you’re trying to set up email forwarding at your hosting provider, please contact their support directly for help.
