email forwarding

    I recently migrated my domains and website from GoDaddy to Squarespace and the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) is no longer functioning since then. It appears this email was created through WordPress. Please advise how to migrate it to the new site in order to link it to my updated website

    Thanks for getting in touch. Taking a look into your WordPress.com account, there doesn’t look to be any record of an email subscription or any related purchases here.

    You mentioned that your domain was previously registered with GoDaddy before switching to Squarespace. Have you already checked whether there’s a record of any email-related subscriptions in your GoDaddy account? It’s also worth reaching out to GoDaddy support on this, and they can be found right here: godaddy.com/help/contact-us
