Email forwarding

I am trying to set um email forwarding, and seem to have the same issue as the below post. I have also read that blog post to learn to set up email forwarding.
“i would like to add an email address to my custom domain. I read a blog post – “http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2013/09/02/email-forwarding/” that suggested it was possible but I do not have the “Manage Emails link” mentioned in the article “
The answer to the above post stated google apps emails setup was stopping email forwarding. But i believe i have not set that up as it is a $50 yearly cost and i do not remember setting it up.
If anyone could help i would be very appreciative. Thankyou.

Sorry – Are you logged in as the EXACT account that owns the domain name – Domain Mapping upgrade? Is there another account you might have used to purchase the upgrades?
