    I set my email forwarding but it’s not working

    Hi there – Your name servers are not pointed to WordPress.com. For email forwarding to work, they need to be pointed here. You could set up email on Cargo Collective’s end if that’s possible. Otherwise, you could transfer your domain out to a full-service registrar, such as GoDaddy, and host your email with them while pointing your domain to Cargo.
