Email forwarding

  How do I forward an email address? On manage my domains, there is only “Edit DNS” and no manage email anymore, i don’t know where it has gone! I’ve tried it before as well and it didn’t work. P.s. I have the domain registered with wordpress.com but have a self hosted .org site that someone else built for me.

  Hi there!

  The ‘Manage Email’ option is only available if you don’t have MX records setup. If you click on ‘Edit DNS,’ you’ll see two MX records, a TXT records, and a CNAME record for Zoho email.

  If you’re no longer using Zoho for you email, you can delete those records and save changes. Then when you go back to Store > My Domains, you’ll see the option to ‘Manage Email.’
