Hi there!
Can you let me know a little about your end goal?
I can see that you’ve already setup some email forwards for your domain, harvardcardiovascular.com. To get these forwards up and working, you need to click the link sent in the verification email. This email would have been sent to the personal email account you chose to forward the emails to. Did you receive that email?

hi
I have a wordpressemail address that automatically forward to my private email address. when I answer it answers with my private email address. how can I make it answer with the wordpress email account .

Hi Manoj.
Changing the address in your ‘From’ field will depend on your email provider. We have some guidance for popular providers here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/#changing-your-from-address
Please note, it’s not possible to change the ‘From’ field with Gmail. If you require this from them, you may like to consider signing up for full email hosting with Google Apps.

Sure thing, Manoj. The first step would be to set your account up with Google Apps here:
https://www.google.com/work/apps/business/
Once that’s done, you can follow our steps here to connect your account up with WordPress.com:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/add-email-through-google-apps/
If you have questions while walking through the steps in that guide, I’ll be happy to help out.

That’s right. Google Apps is a paid service. If you don’t wish to pay, you could consider an email provider that allows you to change the ‘From’ field for free:

is their a way within wordpress to check me emails without having to use aliases.

We don’t provide email hosting, however, if you add a contact form to your site, you’ll be able to view messages submitted through it directly in WordPress.com:

Hi Manoj.
I don’t have a Yahoo account to test for myself but have looked over their support document and believe that they will allow you to change the address in the ‘From’ field, yes. You can find Yahoo’s support documentation on this here:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/mail-for-desktop/SLN3530.html?impressions=true
Hope that helps out!

Hi Manoj.
Changing the ‘From’ field in your emails is something that would need to be done through you Yahoo account. Yahoo have the following documentation to help out with this:
https://help.yahoo.com/kb/mail-for-desktop/SLN3530.html?impressions=true
If you check the instructions under the ‘Sending and receiving email with your other accounts’ section of the above support documentation, it seems you can simply select your domain from a dropdown in Yahoo.

Hi Manoj.
If you setup the forwarding to Yahoo on our end, then you’re already set to receive (email visible only to moderators and staff) to that account. You won’t need to enter POP settings to set that up. The only steps you need to take is to add details of your email address to Yahoo. I found a guide which better explains the steps you need to complete this through Yahoo:
http://help.yahoo.com/qe/sg/tutorials/mmail/mm_accessother2.html#howto
Hope that helps out.
