Email forwarding and GoDaddy
-
Hello, I set up an email account associated with dumfuxx.com through GoDaddy. However, the account receives no mail. According to GoDaddy tech, they said WordPress doesn’t accept MX from GoDaddy. I then went to the WP email through GoDaddy help page but the instructions for Edit DNS when I go to My Domains doesn’t have the same info boxes or match the instructions. I know I’m missing something. The address I want to add is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you try starting on this page?
https://dumfuxx.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
If you click “Edit Domain” and then “Edit DNS” from that page, you should be able to enter the records specified here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email/add-godaddy-email/
You’ll need to enter four total records (2 MX records and 2 CNAME records). Can you give that a try?

Hello. I tried it as you said and the 2 MX records went up but it wouldn’t allow me to add the 2 CNAME records. It said there was a conflict with the existing CNAME. Thanks.

Hi!
I made some adjustments to the records you had entered and added the CNAME records. Your custom email should begin working soon. Please let me know if it doesn’t start working within the next 24 hours!

Hello,
Sorry it took me so long to get back to you but the email works good now. Thanks very much.
