email forwarding domainname godaddy stopped working

    my domainname is with godaddy, my website with (paid) wordpress. I used to forward my email to a hotmail adress, but it stopped forwarding, no idea why. Godaddy says dns problem, cannot be fixed at their end, i need to contact wordpress. I realy dont know how to do this, i have been looking and puzzling for weeks now, I am not that handy with these things (read: i dont get it at all). Can you help? Email that stopped working is: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
