Email forwarding needed, help please

  I am creating a website for a 12 step group. We need to have everything on the site anonymous.

  Questions:
  1. We are soon going to transfer our existing domain name <HOW-OA.org> to the new website I’ve created on WP. Does that count as a custom domain and thus entitle the group to WP Custom Email so the site can list “(email visible only to moderators and staff)” and have it be forwarded to the group secretary? If not how can we obtain 4 forwarded email addresses? FYI we are also going to purchase the no ads upgrade.

  2. Is there a way for people to post on the blog page without showing their names? I use WP for my personal blogs but I don’t want my profile to be associated with this blog. How do I ensure that my personal profile doesn’t appear here? THANKS

  Actually, domains cannot be transferred to WordPress. However, you can keep your domain with its current registrar and map your WordPress.com to that URL.

  There are a couple ways to customize email addresses that reflect your domain name. The first thing to do is check with your registrar to see if email addresses came free with your domain registration. If you haven’t already set up mail with your registrar and would prefer to setup email forwarding, you can follow the instructions here:

  Yes. When you configure your settings for your WordPress.com site, you would make sure the Comment Author isn’t required to fill in the contact form. Here’s how:

  You can hide nearly all of your contact information from publication on your blog. However, if absolute anonymity is key, then you might want to create a new user name that will be used exclusively for your OA blog. Then, transfer ownership of the blog to the anonymous user:
