email forwarding not actually forwarding emails

  i am trying to receive emails from a forwarded email account i created ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) and i completed all the steps on wordpress but when emails are sent they are never forwarded. i need help with this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
