Email Forwarding Not Working

  I setup an email forward for (email visible only to moderators and staff) to (email visible only to moderators and staff) on 11/02/13 and it does not work. Receive the error A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
  recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  No Such User Here

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there – The name servers for mountainsandice.com are pointed to Host Gator, not to WordPress.com. Any DNS added on our end only works if your domain is pointed here. To point it here, please change the name servers as described here:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain

  If you want to leave it at Host Gator, you’ll need to set up any email on their end.

  This domain was registered through WordPress. I cannot change the DNS servers.

  Hi there – I’m sorry, I missed that. In that case, to map the domain back to WordPress.com, please follow these directions:
  Change name servers

  You’ll want to use:
  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  If you want to keep using the domain with Host Gator, you’ll need to set up any email on their end.
