Email Forwarding Not Working

  Hello,

  I set up email forwarding to one email address, following the instructions on the WP Support page: Email Forwarding Support

  I received the confirmation email from WP and clicked “Confirm Email Forward”.

  I’ve tested it three times and the emails are not being forwarded. Can someone please tell me how to fix this?

  Hi Lenora,

  Are you sending test emails from the email address you are forwarding to? Please note that Gmail will not send these duplicate emails. If you are can you try sending from a different email address?

  If not, let me know and I will try sending a test email.

  Doh! That was exactly what I did. I should have thought to test from a different email address. Thanks for the tip, Grace, and also for offering to send a test email. I just had my husband send me a test email and it’s working just fine.
