Email forwarding not working

    Hi, only one of my email forwards is working, any ideas?

    I have four set up on jonwright.co.uk:

    jon@ (working),
    info@ (not working)
    sessions@ (not working)
    soundtracks@ (not working)

    I’ve deleted and re-set up the non-working forwards, not fixed. They’re all forwarding to the same gmail account.

    Any idea how I can go about resolving this please?

    Could you tell me a little more about how the other addresses are failing?

    For example, are you getting an error message somewhere? Are the e-mail messages you send to the non-working addresses bouncing? Do they seem to send ok, but then never show up in your account?

    i’m having the same problem.

    isn’t working. i have had feedback that others aren’t receiving emails that seemed to send okay via gmail. i have also not received emails sent to that address that others have told me they sent.

    I’m having a similar problem. The forwarding is going to two emails, an old deleted one and a new one. It’s inconsistent, but mostly going to the old email. Even the verification email went to both emails.

    @fpierce and @skonegirlarmy could you each open a new thread with your questions? E-mail questions can get pretty involved and trying to do several in the same thread doesn’t work very well. Since you both have an upgrade you can get a direct response from staff by using the contact form:

    Contact us

    You’ll be asked a couple of questions first, but if you go through the process you’ll be able to submit either a private e-mail ticket or a question to our Staff Answers forum.

    I’m also having a problem with the email forwarding all of a sudden. Maybe there is a systematic issue? Email is simply not appearing, no bounced message errors, etc.

    I’m also having the same issue. None of my emails are forwarding but I’m also not getting any bounce backs.
