Email forwarding not working

  I set up a domain email through zoho, and set up email forwarding in my wordpress account from it to my original yahoo mail account. I got the confirmation email and clicked the link. However, mailerlite keeps trying to send me emails to my domain email and they aren’t being forwarded to my Yahoo account. Yes, already checked spam. Please help!

  Hi, I double checked and “use the wordpress.com name servers” is toggled on. That’s what I want, isn’t it?

  Hi there,

  It’s not possible to have both email forwarding and hosted email on a domain at the same time.

  If you want to use your Zoho email account, please remove the email forwarding you set up with us, and follow these steps to connect your Zoho email to the domain instead:

  Add Email through Zoho Mail

  Let me know if you need any help with adding the DNS records to connect your Zoho mail.

  Okay, I don’t understand any of this at all. I thought I had my zoho email account hooked up to wordpress. All I want is to get my mailerlite account set up, and I can’t do that until I can verify my zoho email with WordPress. And I have no clue how to do that, I guess. And add my yahoo account on top of that? Ah!

  Please read over that guide and let me know if you want to proceed with email forwarding, zoho, or another option.
