Email Forwarding on Premium Plan doesn't match Help

  THis is about the domain joeforboca.com

  I am following the instructions here:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/

  After clicking “Email” on the Domains page, I don’t get the Email Settings page were I can put in an email address. It’s a Premium account with a domain registered elsewhere. joeforboca.com is the primary domain. I recall going to configure email before but was unable to finish. Now I can’t get as far. TIA
