Email forwarding setup

  Hi, we initially signed up for google apps but cancelled the subscription. Now I would like to have email forwarding for my site austinmenscounseling.com. However, when I go to the my domains page and click on email it still shows only google apps options and not the wordpress.com email forwarding option. How can I setup email forwarding for this website?

  If this does not work for you https://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/ type modlook into the sidebar tags for Staff help and be patient while waiting. Also subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond. To subscribe look in the sidebar of this thread, find the subscribe to topics link and click it.

  Yes I’ve already attempted the wordpress.com instructions. The problem is that under email (on the my domains page) it still shows the option for google apps, though its been cancelled:

  “Google Apps for your Domain

  Google Apps is set up for this domain. Google Apps offers productivity and collaboration tools including email, calendars, documents and more. Read more about using Google Apps with WordPress.com.”

  This has been resolved and i’ve been able to setup email forwarding. Thank you!
