Email forwarding stopped working

We have five free email forwarding addresses with our domain, and they used to be verified and forwarding successfully. Now, four of them are showing that they need to be verified, and mail sent to those addresses is bouncing back undelivered. We’ve tried multiple times to resend and reply to the verification emails without success, they remain inoperable. Please tell us what we need to do to get our email forwarding addresses working again. Thank you!

Email forwarding on our domain has stopped working. We have 5 free email forwarding addresses on our domain – cayuga-vocal.org.
Have you made any changes to your domain settings or DNS records recently?
Four of the addresses show the Verify icon, as if they had never been verified before (which they have). We have repeatedly sent and replied to the verification messages for two of the four email addresses, and they continue to bounce when we try to send messages to them.
When you say that you’ve replied to the verification messages, do you mean you’ve clicked the link to verify in the email that is sent to the address?
Of the five, the one that doesn’t show the verify envelope icon, is that one working normally? The (email visible only to moderators and staff) forwarding to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?
When sending a test message, it MUST be done from a different email account than you are forwarding to. If the email forwarding does not work, double check your custom domain’s name servers to make sure they are pointing to WordPress.com. Please also try trashing each record and re-adding it and verifying with the email link again.

Anna,Thanks so much for your reply and your suggestions. Here are my answers:
We have not made changes to our domain settings or DNS records lately.
Yes, when I say “verified”, yes, I do mean we’ve clicked the link in the email that is sent to the forwarding address.
The one forwarding address that doesn’t show the verify envelope icon IS working normally.
We are sending test messages from a different account than the one the address is forwarded to.
Our custom domain’s name servers are pointing to the following:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMFinally, we’ve tried trashing both the (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the (email visible only to moderators and staff) forwarding addresses, re-entered them, re-sent the verification email, and clicked on the email links again. Neither one is yet operational. Below is the undeliverable message returned when we send a test message.
What can we try next?
