Email Forwarding/custom email

    Hi, new to WordPress.

    I’ve set up a forwarding email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I want to use this for setting up accounts on other social media platforms. I tried on Facebook but it says its an invalid email address. Also tried to send an email to (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it didn’t land in the forwarding email address?

    Besides this, when I click the ‘Edit’ button to amend anything on my domain it intermittently works. sometimes i can access my forwarding email, sometimes i can’t?!?

    Can anyone help?
