Email forwardinh in not working

I added a new email address to my domain and I am not getting the forwarded emails.

Hi there,
Are you testing it from the email account you forwarded it to? Please try testing this from an email account that associated with the email forward you set up.
Let me know if you are still having issues with it. I can try a test email as well.
