  I want to change the information on the Gmail address associated with my blog. Tried to do it through Google but couldn’t figure out how.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Anne,

  If you’re looking to change the e-mail address associated with your account, can you do so at http://wordpress.com/settings/

  Is that what you’re needing or did I misunderstand?

  Actually, no – I guess I didn’t explain it very well. The problem is that I cannot get into my own email account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) which was set up with Google’s gmail using a domain name which I obtained for my WordPress blog. Can you help, or must I keep on trying to somehow get help from Google?

  Hi Anne,

  I checked your DNS settings (via the Store->Domains->Edit DNS page at https://annesart.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains&action=dnsedit&domain=annesartstudio.com ) and everything looks right for Google Apps.

  E-mail headed to your account should arrive there.

  If you’re having trouble logging into Gmail (to check the mail that’s there), that’s something that only Google can help you with. On our end, we can simply tell incoming e-mail what server should get it.
