Email Generator Plugin

    Hey Guys,
    I run a travel soccer club for a small town.
    We have about 14 teams and with that is about 30 coaches.
    Every week, as a coach, we have to email the visiting team some information
    Its the same type if information that will vary from team to team.
    I was looking to see if there was an Email Generator plugin that I can use off the web site

    Kind of like a form you fill out and it will generate the email body as a template

    Body:

    Dear %AWAY_TEAM%

    Welcome to Florham Park

    Hi @cgoal12,

    I checked into this and the domain http://florhamparksoccer.org/ leads to a self-hosted WordPress.org site. This is a WordPress.com forum so we will not be able to assist much in this question. Here are the differences with WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org:

    Looking further I found the MailChimp plugin in the plugins area for WordPress.org. MailChimp has the ability to create templates for sending out emails to various groups which looks like what you want to achieve. The link above covers support options for MailChimp.
