Email hacked – no access to blog

    Hello, I am contacting you regarding a wordpress blog that is NOT linked to my eugenienantillet account.

    I am doing an internship for a someone who had created a wordpress blog in 2012 :
    – under the name ‘sculpteurval.wordpress.com’
    – with an email address that has been HACKED.

    So there is no more access possible (and no two-factor authentication or any info).

    So I would like
    EITHER that you delete the blog
    OR that you could associate a new email address so that we can do it ourselves

    Hi there,

    We cannot do either of these things simply based on your claim that the email has been hacked.

    Only the logged-in owner of a site can delete it, and we can only update the email address on file for the account if you can verify you’re the account owner via our account recovery process:

    If you’re not able to provide any of the verification information we describe there, then we will not be able to give you access to the account in questions.
