    Hello, I have an email through my word press subscription but I am unable to send and receive emails and not sure why. Email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there!

    It doesn’t look like your domain sewmaya.com is registered anywhere at the moment. You do have an active G Suite subscription with us, but because the domain has expired, it doesn’t work anymore.

    Do you want to use the domain with this WordPress.com site, https://sewmaya.wordpress.com? If yes, you can upgrade the site to a WordPress.com plan at this link and follow the instructions here to register the domain again. By upgrading to a yearly WordPress.com plan, you get a free domain for the first year, which you can utilize by registering the domain again.

    If you don’t need a site and just want an email address with the domain, you can register just a domain. Once it’s registered, let us know here, and we can add the required DNS records to the domain for you so that the G Suite email service resumes working.
