  If we start to use WordPress, and transfer our domain from our current hosting does our email transfer along with it ?

  Hi there,

  Your email does not transfer, no, as you have that configured with a specific email provider. Even if that email provider is also the registrar where you bought your domain, email hosting is a completely separate service from the domain itself.

  So you will need to continue paying for your current email hosting with whichever provider you’re using. But you’ll be able to add all the DNS records required for your domain to work on our end, so the email will continue working even though the domain will now be hosted with us.

  In fact, when you add a domain mapping or a domain transfer upgrade to your site, we’ll check for any existing DNS records on the domain and try to import them automatically, so that things will just continue working once you switch the name servers to us.
