Email Hosting through wordpress hosts

Hello,
Go Daddy has assured me that I have to go through WordPress to update my DNS portals to point to Go-Daddy’s Microsoft 365 account. I am wondering if I should trust their advice, as I have yet to find a place on WordPress which will enable me to update this.
This is the information I’ve received from Microsoft365 Go-Daddy: Is this something I can do on wordpress?

Hi there,
If you have a domain with the name servers pointed to us you do need to add those records to the domain here, yes. However, I don’t see any domains in your account. What is the domain which you’re trying to connect to your email?
If you added domain mapping using a different account, please log in as that account and post here and I’d be happy to help you with this.
If you’re logged in as the correct account you can also do it yourself from My Site ->Domains, using the instructions here:
