Email invite to become site admin of another site not received

    Hi there,

    I am managing my students blogs as part of their unit assignment and have encountered a situation where a student adds me as a new user with administrator role but I did not receive the email invite. The student said they have tried adding me several times using my email address but still no email from her in my inbox. However, it worked fine for the other 50 student blogs I managed. I have checked for the email in all folders (spam/junk etc) but still can’t find it.

    Hi Zie –

    Have you verified that the student is adding the email address that is connected to your WordPress.com user account? Can you tell me which site is having the trouble?

    Please have the student post here too so I can take a look at their account.
