Email issue

We are getting billed through GSuite for our email account on wordpress. When we go to manage my domain on word press or manage my account, it shows NO email. We cannot access the email through GSuite either. It is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
We have asked several times for help. We have been trying to resolve this since January.
