Any idea what I have done wrong?
I completed the domain mapping process and added a custom DNS record. I am still able to check my email via the online host, but it no longer connects to my organizations Entourage email client. Any help or ideas at all would be really appreciated. Ultimately I need to be able to reconnect everyone’s Entourage. My only guess is that there is something I’ve done on WordPress that has messed this process up.
Below is the custom DNS with some of the identifiers altered but the syntax is still accurate.
A autodiscover 216.200.34.201
MX 10 mx1.mymailserver.com.
MX 100 mx2.mymailserver.com.
MX 110 mx3.mymailserver.com.
A mail 216.200.34.97
A pop 216.200.34.97
