email issues

    Hello, I am not receiving emails on my 123-reg email account anymore for some reason. I called 12-reg and they said to wordpress and ask for the mxrecord to point to 123 reg. Does anyone know how to do this?

    It looks like the domain rowenachiu.com was pointed to WordPress.com, but there is no current mapping plan for that domain name. If you’re not using a paid WordPress.com account to link the domain to a WordPress.com site, it’s likely best to change the name servers back to 123-Reg and use their standard service instead.

    You can also add a plan back to the site and remap the domain name, and then you’ll be able to add the MX records to the domain settings here. The ability to map is currently down, but should be back up soon!
