email log-in

    Good afternoon. The above message concerns me. While I can’t say for sure if this log-in was legit, I know for certain that my email account (along with many other accounts and for awhile my entire computer) has been compromised. I know who the (hacker) is and once had a personal relationship with same. My question to you is how might I/we better secure the account to thwart any future intrusions?
