I’m interested in buying the WordPress Pro plan, but I don’t understand if they are offering Email Marketing or do they have a plugin I can choose from without paying additional? I’m at the beginning of building my website and it should be only about downloading a document to gather e-mail addresses and then send them information, nothing more. Would this be possible with one of your plugins so that the emails I send will not be received in the SPAM folder?

The Pro plan allows you to install plugins, but it doesn’t include any plugins.
In other words, you can install any of the free plugins listed at https://wordpress.org/plugins, or elsewhere online, or you can buy any premium plugins directly from the companies that sell them, and install those. If you want to use a premium plugin, you’ll pay the company that makes it for that plugin, not us.
From your description it sounds like a newsletter plugin might be what you’re looking for, and there are many free and freemium (free but with a paid version containing extra features) options available at https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/newsletter/
For details on how a specific plugin works, please contact support for that plugin directly – we don’t make those plugins, so we don’t know anything about them beyond what’s available in their public description and support pages :)
