Email MX records

  We have our domain pointed to WordPress nameservers. I added the MX records of our email host into our WordPress settings, but we are not getting email that is sent to @ourdomain.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Thanks very much! Are there explanations anywhere of what the TXT and CNAME values refer to (e.g. smtp server, etc.)?

  Not all email providers need TXT or CNAME records to work (my email provider does not) – you need to get the info from your email provider, note that the format you receive from your email provider might not be the same format as at WordPress.COM, the format might need to be fine tuned a bit

  If you are still having trouble post the code from your email provider between the code tags and someone should be able to look at it for you and help
