Email no longer working after domain forwarding

We used your service to have our existing domain, bellinva.com (the $12 upgrade), forwarded to bellinva.wordpress.com.
The moment we did that, we no longer receive emails addressed to the bellinva.com domain!!
They used to be forwarded to my apple mail account, and I’m not tech savvy enough to figure out how to do this. Can you please give me directions?
Nothing comes up about this in search, either… and the “Map an Existing Domain” note is all gooble-gunk to me… I don’t know what to do now that it’s already up through your sign-up process.If it’s not possible to receive emails from this domain to my apple mail account, please cancel the upgrade and send me instructions how to reverse the forwarding.

You’ll need to update your MX records, or mail exchange records, which you can get from your email provider.
Once you get that information, go to your Store -> Domains page and click on the link that says Edit DNS. You can then insert the MX record values there.
