Email not being sent by 'contact form' on my wordpress.com hosted website.

    I’ve checked all the existing forum posts on this issue.
    I’ve rebuilt the page itself and checked all of the associated configs for the form and for my wordpress.com site, and my account, (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    I _do_ get other emails from wordpress.com without problems.

    I don’t know how many emails I have missed over the years. That’s a real problem.

    Could anybody help with this? It’s essential that my site has a working contact form, so, if it can’t be fixed, the only alternative I have is to host it elsewhere.

    Hi Matt,

    You can see all the emails that were sent to you via the form on your site here.
    I can see some test messages there, so I understand that you have not been getting those to your inbox. Is that correct?

    I had a look, and the email on your forms is not the same as the one you mentioned in your post, have a look here:

    You can change the address to the correct one there. If this is the address you want to use, you will probably need to check in with your email host (it doesn’t look like it’s hosted with us).

    Also, remember that with your plan, you can access support directly via https://wordpress.com/help/contact. That way, you can get help faster.
