Email not being sent to subscribers

My email, which had been scheduled to post today, was posted but has not been sent out by email. Is there any way to make the email go out? It posted at 7:00 and now it’s nearly an hour later with no email. I myself am subscribed so I know that it has not gone out, since I have not received an email.
This has happened before and generally the email has gone out if I update the post, which has not worked this time. This is the post in question: http://spruestory.com/2013/09/03/celiac-personality/

I’m terribly sorry about this. I’m discussing this with our team now to determine why the notification wasn’t sent out. I’ll let you know when we have an update.

In researching this issue further, this is expected behavior because of the following:
On that particular post, it was previously published (on February 25th) and a notification was sent at that time. To prevent accidental double-notification, once a post has triggered a notification, it won’t trigger a second one, even with a publication date change.
Have you checked out our Copy a Post feature? You could start a new post and using the writing helper to copy a previous one, if that works for what you’d like to do.
