Email not directing correctly

  Hi,
  I’ve recently redirected my DNS details from my domain provider to my new wordpress site. The redirection of the website is fine, but my email is not connected properly. When I try to log in to my email at my host provider, it goes directly to a ‘can’t be found’ page of my website.
  I contacted my host provider who gave me details to enter at the WordPress end (to add mx.netregistry.net and mx4.netregistry.net). However upon investigating, these details already existed in the domain information of my WordPress account. Not sure what needs fixing?

  Hi Kirrilee,

  I just made an adjustment to your domain’s MX records, to make sure they were linked directly to your domain paragraphdesigns.com.au (rather than webmail.paragraphdesigns.com.au).

  It can take a few hours for a change like that to take effect. Can you check after a few hours to see if everything is working for you at that point? If you have any more trouble with it, please let me know!
