email not forwarding

  Hello , i have the domain detourprints.com and i have created 2 email adresses with it , (email visible only to moderators and staff) and (email visible only to moderators and staff) , and both of them are setup to forward to the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) , but they are not being forwarded.
  please let me know the reason why this is happening and how can you help me.

  Hi there,

  If you would like to set up Email Forwarding please go to Store > My Domains in your Dashboard. Then click on Edit DNS next to your domain. Remove those, and when you refresh the Store > My Domains page you will see the link to Manage Emails.
