email not forwarding

  I have tried several times to set up emails that forward to a gmail acct. but they keep bouncing saying that the site does not exist ? Do i need to have the names servers pointed to do this? currently just the IP address is. I am hosted on siteground ? maybe i need to speak to them ?

  If you’re hosted at Siteground you need to contact them directly for help setting up email on your domain.

  The WordPress.org forums can only help you with issues regarding the open source WordPress software. They won’t be able to help with something that is controlled by your hosting provider.
