  Hey, my followers aren’t getting the email when I post. Could you help me out please?

  Hi @mrfriday625, can you let us know which follower said they did not get the email? We’ll try checking to see whether they have blocked emails from us, and whether they’re subscribed to email updates.

  You can type the email address here; it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.
